LAHORE: A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed for the issuance of Hamat Card for special persons in Punjab.

Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz has said that special people are very special for us, taking care of special people is the responsibility of the state.

He said that in the first phase 40 thousand and 25 thousand people will be issued courage cards in the second phase, special people across the province will be paid 10500 rupees every quarter through courage card.
